London-based artist John Paul Thurlow is famed for his amazing pencil drawn reinterpretations of celebrities and famous magazine covers like The New Yorker, Elle, Vogue, Wire, and plenty of posters too. His style is enigmatic, deceptively simple and the attention to detail goes right down to the grain and gloss and even faded print of the magazines he works from.
