I stumbled across these pieces by N.Y artist Cal Lane the other day, she lives on 5 acres of farm land in Putnam Valley where she intricately cuts out lace and filigree patterns from industrial and agricultural items using some incredible welding skills. Her best work is most definitely apparent in her series of Wheelbarrows and Shovels. Absolutely beautiful stuff!
