I haven't featured much of my recent art lately but that's because I'm gearing up to sell a total of 90 limited edition prints with signed certificates of authenticity in the next month or so via PimpArtWorks. If you want to see what I've been up to you can check out this post. However I've just finished my latest of three art works for the limited edition collection and wanted to give you a glimpse of what to expect. As with the other two it will be a Giclée print at A0 size (1189 x 841 mm 46.8 x 33.1 in) and I'l l be selling 30 of these for around £50-70 each (need to work out the costs) really soon.
Here's a simple equation to explain the work…
Celebrity + Charity = P.R + $$$
In other words, if you're famous, stop buying up African children like they're going out of fashion, stop attempting to enter politics through the back door as an ambassador for the U.N and just give the charities you love a slice of the multi-million dollar fortunes you have stashed away in an offshore bank. Doing a fun run and getting five minutes mention for a charitable cause on the news does as much to promote your latest book, movie, fitness video, perfume or fashion range, you name it, celebrities profit from suffering.
