Retail Therapy (60" x 44") by Paul Baines is the thirteenth limited edition digital print in the Indoor Street Art series available here. Admit it, money isn't sexy any more, the banking system's corrupt, the people have bailed out the corporations, and if anything is about to save the world it isn't going to be printed on the back of a piece of paper, however much 'on paper' it may appear to be worth. The craze for consumerism has been ousted by a new wave of common sense. The cash cow has been slaughtered, the billions of dreams of a down trodden underclass have been dashed upon the rocks of a stormy economic cycle. Products cannot love you, retailers never liked you and the bankers now hate you. The future is a frugal one for sure.
