Concrete-Canvas.com is a laid back and friendly graffiti blog and forum, there’s always some interesting post or other on the genre, sometimes their editorial is as wordy as myself, other times it’s a brief mention and a link to a fascinating graffiti news story. For example right now one of their articles features the inexplicable actions of the action group Appropriate Media based in Stokes Croft, Bristol who decided to throw red paint over Banksy’s "Mild Mild West" in order to bring public attention to their grievances about the urban renewal project the council are rushing through. You can read the original BBC article here. I can’t follow their logic. The fact is this particular piece of Banksy graffiti was voted Bristol’s favourite alternative landmark in an online poll in 2007.

Read even more on this story at BristolGraffiti.WordPress.com which is another great graffiti blog worth checking out when you have a spare moment.
Anyway I’m sure I’ll work out a list of other cool graffiti blogs to visit, but in all honesty I neither enjoy writing or reading lists that much, so instead I’ll turn your attention to the latest literary release from Concrete Canvas. They’ve already published one highly popular collection of graffiti art work in volume one entitled Concrete Canvas Sketchbook – and now there’s a second edition called Inkflow, Both editions are available via Blurb.com for a reasonable $22.95/£11.41/€17,58. if you fancy taking a peek at what’s on offer in the latest volume check these pics out!
See more and learn more about Inkflow at Concrete Canvas, Flickr and Blurb.com and even buy it here!

Talking about Blurb, my friend just published a book with them. I believe they can be classified as “very” good in terms of customer service having no difficulty replacing the books if you are not satisfied… just in the case of my friend.
As for the canvasses here, they are total art for me though I don’t understand a thing. ^^
